Prepare and ship your samples according to the guidelines below to ensure safe and reliable processing.

General Shipping Guidelines

Samples can be shipped at ambient temperature
Use appropriate packaging (e.g. padded envelope or box)
Ensure samples are securely sealed to prevent leakage
Include order form (if applicable)
Use one package per order

Service-Specific Notes

Fragment Length Analysis (FLA)

Submit samples in 96-well plates only
Plates must be properly sealed (cap strips, mats or heat sealing)
Plates must be labeled with a Microsynth barcode label
Ship plates in rigid packaging to avoid damage

Plates can be submitted via drop box where available
Depending on the service option and country of origin, FLA samples are processed in Switzerland (Balgach) or Germany (Göttingen). Please use the FLA address section below.

Cell Line Authentication (CLA)

Submit samples in tubes
Ensure tubes are tightly sealed
Clearly label each sample

Mycoplasma Testing

Submit samples in tubes
Ensure tubes are tightly sealed after heat inactivation
Avoid leakage during shipment

Ensure samples are properly packaged before submission

Shipment by Courier / Mail

Send samples directly to Microsynth
Use appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transport

Cell Line Authentication (CLA): send samples to Microsynth AG, Balgach.
