Pathway Enrichment Analysis

The pathway enrichment analysis module uses data from RNA or ChIP sequencing and identifies functional pathways that are up- or downregulated. The analysis helps to visualize the influence of certain treatments or conditions on the general functional mechanisms in target organism. The pathway analysis module is restricted to the common eukaryotic model organisms (human, mouse, rat etc.) for which pathway information is available.
